Giving Life A Little Spark

A party might not seem like much, but to some people, it represents a break from the everyday troubles that they deal with. When people arrive at an event, all they want to do is sit back, chat with friends, and have a drink. Unfortunately, if your event doesn't give them the opportunity to do one of those things, your party might just feel like an uncomfortable, unnatural waste of time. My blog is dedicated to helping other people plan better parties. I hope that after you check out this blog, you can make your next birthday party, wedding reception, or other get together really special.

What Information Your Trade Show Models Need From You To Make Your Booth A Success

Hiring models to help support your booth at a trade show is a good idea for many reasons. They can cost less than transporting your entire crew to the show, draw more potential clients to your booth, handle customers while you are busy, and make the experience of a trade show more fun for you and your clients. However, your models will only reach their full potential if you provide them with key information before and during the trade show. Here are some things that your models will need to know about you, your product, and your trade show goals.

What to Wear

This is a simple question if you will be providing uniforms or if you saw an outfit that fits your brand during your model casting. But if you do not have a specific outfit or uniform in mind for your models, it is important that you discuss the look that will best compliment your brand.

If it is your first time attending a particular trade show, you may not know what type of outfits will work best for the locale. If your models or the agency they work for have attended the trade show previously, they may be able to give you some suggestions on appropriate outfits.

Your Basic Brand Image

Your models should understand the attitude and scope of your company. An easy way to start this conversation is to direct your models to your website so they can get a feel for how you generally promote your products. Also, share your mission statement and any guiding principles your company follows well before the show. This will allow your models to adjust their mannerisms to fully represent your company.

Your Product Specifics

Trade show models can do more than pull potential customers into your booth. They can also conduct demonstrations of your products and show clients how to use your products. You should make sure you send product specifications to your models ahead of time. Depending on your product, you may want to send a few samples ahead as well. Finally, you should keep clear, easy to read product specifications in a discrete place in your booth, so the models can refer to them throughout the day.

Your Show Schedule

One of the great things about hiring models is that they can watch over your booth while you roam the show floor or take a break, or they can distribute fliers and other promotional materials while you stay in your booth. Before the show, you need to set a specific schedule for you and your models, so they know where they need to be at all times. However, you should add some flexibility to your schedule to take advantage of down time for breaks and busier times with more in-depth presentations.

Your Specific Show Goals

You should always have specific goals when you attend a trade show, and it is important that you share your goals with the models you hire. For example, it is important for your models to know whether they should be focusing on a particular product or re-branding campaign or if they should be promoting your company in general and maintaining your brand image. It is also helpful for them to know if you are entering a new market, as it will prepare them for the types of questions your potential clients may have. Also, sharing your quantifiable goals with your models will allow them to help you collect statistical information throughout the show.

Hiring trade show models to help with your booth can ease some of the pressure you feel. However, preparing your models with adequate information can transform them into powerful tools. Visit sites like http://tradeshowcasting.com for more information.
